Business Tax Collections
The 2022 Business Tax bills will be mailed to business owners on April 21, 2022 and are due on or before Tuesday, May 31, 2022.
The collection process for business tax is as follows:
- Original business tax bill is issued;
- If unpaid after the deadline date, penalties will begin to accrue at the prevailing rates and a final notice is issued with a 10-day deadline date;
- If unpaid, a warrant is issued and the business must then deal with the bailiff.
Please note that even if you have not received a business tax bill in your name, you are still required to pay taxes for the space your business occupies.
