The 2022 Annual Rental Value reflects the average net market rents for commercial space similar to the business premises and includes the cost of providing heat and other services necessary for the comfortable use or occupancy of the premises. The 2022 Annual Rental Value is based on a reference date of April 1, 2018, and is indicative of what the rental market and costs were then.
