A public access terminal has been relocated to 510 Main Street (Susan A. Thompson Building) for public use from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, for the duration of the closure of 457 Main Street.

Business Assessment Notices
On November 5, 2020, the 2021 Business Assessment Notices were mailed to businesses in the City of Winnipeg.
The 2021 Annual Rental Value reflects the average net market rents for commercial space similar to the business premises and includes the cost of providing heat and other services necessary for the comfortable use or occupancy of the premises. The 2021 Annual Rental Value is based on a reference date of April 1, 2018, and is indicative of what the rental market and costs were then.
